Your home is your sanctuary. We all deserve to feel safe, especially at home.

Privacy and security are crutial, and at PillarCare we take both very seriously. Research has proven that choosing domiciliary care over a residential care or nursing home can greatly improve the quality of one’s life, and yet inviting an unknown into your home to provide home care is a very big step.

When selecting our Carers, we employ an extensive pre-screening and interview process, including comprehensive reference checks and a criminal record check at enhanced disclosure level (DBS). Many of our staff are qualified nurses/medical staff, and all have at least 2 years’ professional care experience prior to joining us.
We place great importance in the security, confidentiality and reliability of our management team as well as our care staff, and we ensure that they are all trained in data-protection prior to entering your home. Our fees include statutory insurance cover for all our staff.

PillarCare is registered with The Care Quality Commission (CQC) which is the official UK government regulatory inspectorate for homecare organisations, and with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) which enforces the Data Protection Act and monitors compliance.

We are also members of the United Kingdom Home Care Association (UKHCA) and we adhere to their strict codes of conduct.
